Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. Our reception is staffed around the clock — a late arrival is no problem at all.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own duplex garage right at the hotel for €18 per night. We recommend reserving your parking space in advance.
When is breakfast served?
Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 10:00 AM, on weekends and public holidays from 7:00 to 11:00 AM. The buffet also offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
When you book directly through our website, you can cancel free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival — with no booking fee.
How far is it to the Theresienwiese and the central station?
The Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) is a 2-minute walk away, the central station about 10 minutes on foot. The Schwanthalerhöhe U-Bahn station (U4/U5) is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
